JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handle all incoming and forwarding of phone calls 
- Greet and manage registration of all visitors to the office 
- Maintain tidiness of the reception area 
- Sort and distribute all daily incoming mails, parcels, and reading materials 
- Assist in arranging courier and mailing of documents and parcels 
- Manage, maintain, and procure new stationeries and pantry supplies where necessary 
- Provide support for requests for printing of name cards, staff access passes and other ad-hoc request, from liaison with the vendors to the collection of items 
- Any other duties that may be assigned 
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum ‘O’ Levels and above 
- 1 to 2 years of experience as a receptionist will be an advantage 
- Proficiency in MS Office 
- Administrative work in a fast paced and highly dynamic environment
