JOB DESCRIPTION
- Full spectrum of HR operations across the organization – Recruitment, Payroll, Work pass applications, Compensation & Benefits, Welfare, Performance Appraisals, Induction & exit clearance, etc. 
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees 
- Implement performance review procedures (e.g., quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations) 
- Develop fair HR policies and handbook and ensure employees’ compliance 
- Researching compensation standards set by industry and governing bodies in order to create salary structures and administer employee benefits 
- Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues 
- Ensure timely & accurate submissions in all government and related claims, e.g., CPF, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS makeup claims, income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters etc. 
- Other duties as assigned 
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in related discipline with minimum 5 years of relevant experience 
- Proficiency in MS Office 
- Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices 
- Ability to make sound decision in a timely manner, work under tight deadlines and pressure 
- Good analytical mind and displays keen insight into data, using them to address issues and find solutions to work challenges 
- Possesses a high degree of confidentiality
